At S.S Nutri Crave, we are committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for food safety and hygiene reasons, all food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.

Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
